Similar to its three sister branches, the new location offers the distinctive cuisine of Ticino, a Swiss region known for its Alpine landscapes and influenced by Italian culinary traditions. Nocino's "grotto-style" dishes are inspired by the cliffside caves in the area that are used to store and age local cheeses, cured meats, and wines. The menu changes with the seasons, but popular items include Malakoff – a deep-fried cheese fondue made with Swiss gruyère cheese and Swiss Kirsch – as well as a slow-cooked veal shank served with saffron risotto and, naturally, a family-style tiramisu.
